Recognition at the 2026 Shorty Awards marks an important milestone for AviaGames, with its Wonderland Wishes campaign earning a finalist spot in the Video Series category.

The awards program, known for honoring leading digital campaigns, includes past participants such as Spotify and Disney, placing Wonderland Wishes among recognized creative efforts.

The campaign centered on turning gameplay into meaningful contributions. Players of Solitaire Clash earned Wish Stars through in-game participation, which AviaGames converted into donations supporting Foster Love.

Over five weeks, the community generated over 691 million Wish Stars, resulting in a $136,000 donation.

AviaGames partnered with Leo Gonzalez to strengthen the campaign’s message, while the production team delivered a full video series filmed in Colombia under tight timelines.

Additional elements included a livestream and a final event in Los Angeles, where participants assembled care packages and bicycles.

The Beyond the Game series added a personal dimension, sharing stories like Laura’s.

The campaign’s recognition extends further with a Digiday Video & TV Awards finalist nomination.
